About the role
- Promote and sell bancassurance products
- Identify potential customers through prospecting and cold calls
- Attend marketing events to attract new clients
- Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat and upsell opportunities
- Provide financial advice and assist customers with their policies
- Work from and travel between Pulau Pinang bank branches (Bandar Bayan Baru, Pulau Tikus, Bagan Ajam, Bukit Mertajam, Butterworth)
Requirements
- Prior sales experience in banking and finance encouraged
- Minimum SPM with at least 5 passes (including BM)
- Minimum 3 years sales experience
- Diploma/Degree holders (fresh grads are welcome to apply)
- Driven and interested in Sales and Marketing
- Ability to speak Mandarin is a bonus
- Must have own transport and be willing to travel to Pulau Pinang branches (Subject to availability)
