Product Manager

• Ensure solutions are AI-ready so that agents can interact seamlessly with data and models.
• Telemetry capacity forecasting and anomaly detection to anticipate system load, detect irregularities, and prevent failures.
• Historical threshold analysis for metrics, logs, and traces to establish baselines and identify deviations over time.
• Dynamic, high-performance visualizations capable of displaying and exploring large volumes of telemetry data.
• Self-service analytics workbench empowering internal teams and customers to run anomaly detection and statistical models independently.
• Automated incident contextualization to correlate telemetry anomalies with logs, traces, and historical incidents for faster root-cause analysis.
• Data retention and lifecycle optimization with analytics-driven policies that balance storage costs against long-term insight value.

DevOps Engineer

• Work with the Engineering team in developing and evolving the infrastructure to support the development, deployment and delivery of our product suite: Geneos, Opsview & ITRS Analytics (a data collection, storage, analytics platform, and a user-centric application that enables the use and visualisation of data).
• Work with Product, Engineering, Tech Comms and Support to define, document, and promote best practices around deployment and management of the system.
• Collaborate directly with clients at their site to support and guide their internal processes, ensuring successful deployment of the stack.
• Improve the manageability and supportability of the stack - this includes working with Product to define new features required to make the product easier to manage.

DevOps Platform Engineer

SDET

• Focus on platform-level testing for backend software, ensuring reliability, performance, and scalability of products
• Conduct comprehensive platform-level testing, including functional, non-functional (performance, load, scalability), and integration testing for backend services
• Maintain and evolve the existing performance testing lab and infrastructure, with emphasis on automation
• Develop and automate sizing measurement tools and frameworks to assess resource requirements (CPU, memory, storage) for customer deployments
• Collaborate with software engineers to define test strategies, review requirements, and ensure quality throughout the product lifecycle—from design to deployment and support
• Stay ahead of industry best practices in QA automation, performance testing, and backend technologies to drive continuous improvement
• Support team activities, including knowledge sharing and mentoring on testing practices
• Report to the Engineering Manager and work within a distributed global team; hybrid schedule (1-2 days/week in-office) with occasional domestic and international travel

• Scope of Role: Entry-level Business Development Representative for financial services, reporting to Global BDR Manager, producing leads and building pipelines.
• Compensation & Location: Base salary $55,000 - $65,000 per year. Hybrid schedule, three days per week in New York office.
• Responsibilities: Generate appointments through proactive outbound prospecting; collaborate with marketing; provide high-level introductions to ITRS platform; build/execute prospecting campaigns; use sales techniques; track outbound activity and AB testing; work with Sales Directors and attend customer meetings.
