Business Development Rep

• Produce qualified sales opportunities through high-volume outbound prospecting by phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Prospect into enterprise organizations across North and South America to build a pipeline for the Uptrends portfolio while supporting broader ITRS Observability Platform initiatives.
• Implement a disciplined daily prospecting schedule of **100+ outbound touches per day**, applying a combination of cold calls, personalized emails, LinkedIn outreach, and other approved engagement channels.
• Respond promptly to inbound marketing inquiries, including trial registrations, demo requests, webinar attendees, content downloads, and other marketing-generated leads to maximize conversion opportunities.
• Qualify inbound leads, understand customer requirements, and schedule qualified meetings for the appropriate Account Executive.
• Conduct, consultative cold calls with enterprise decision-makers, including Directors, VPs, and C-level technology leaders.
• Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Salesforce, and other sales engagement tools to identify target accounts, build prospect lists, and conduct strategic outreach campaigns.
• Partner with Marketing to provide feedback on campaign performance, messaging, lead quality, and market insights.
• Collaborate daily with Account Executives to develop account strategies and accelerate pipeline creation.
• Maintain accurate prospect, activity, and pipeline information within Salesforce and other sales technologies.
• Develop expertise in Observability, Digital Experience Monitoring (DEM), Application Performance Monitoring (APM), Infrastructure Monitoring, and enterprise technology trends.
• Achieve activity, meeting, lead conversion, and pipeline generation goals that contribute directly to Americas ARR growth.

Business Development Representative – Corporate Observability

Human Resources

• Cleanse and validate HR and personnel data from the acquired entity, working in French and English
• Review, organise and scan legacy personnel files from the French office
• Execute the full transfer of personnel files from Dropbox to SharePoint in line with the Group's integration data governance standards
• Support data integrity checks to ensure records meet Group compliance requirements on completion
• Work with the wider People team on projects related to the integration and assist where necessary.

Account Executive

• Own and exceed an annual ARR quota (typically $1M+ first-year value) across new logo, renewal, and expansion.
• Build and manage a high-quality pipeline through independent prospecting and BDR/marketing leads.
• Lead the full sales cycle end-to-end, coordinating pre-sales, legal, and professional services as needed.

General Counsel

• Lead complex, high-value commercial matters end-to-end and close strategic customer, partner and supplier agreements that support growth.
• Draft and negotiate different technology contracts, including SaaS and software licensing, reseller and channel partnerships, and vendor arrangements, working with the Sales and Business Development teams across the globe.
• Support the business across a broad range of legal areas, including disputes, employment, IP and corporate matters, with a focus on commercially aligned risk management.
• Oversee legal risk management across the group, owning and developing the legal risk register, driving mitigation plans and embedding a proactive approach to risk.
• Partner closely with Finance on a range of matters, including insurance, pensions and broader financial and operational queries.

DevOps Engineer

• Report to our Engineering Manager and work with the Engineering team in developing a flexible DevOps infrastructure to help develop a data collection, storage and analytics platform and a user-centric application that enables the use and visualisation of data.
• Work with Product, Engineering, TechComms, and Support to define, document, and promote best practices around deployment and management of the system.
• Help clients and early adopters to deploy the stack.
• Improve the manageability and supportability of the stack – this includes working with Product to define new features required to make the product easier to manage.
• Actively participate in proposing, planning and implementing DevOps solutions.
• Be an active part of the DevOps team that is supporting an Engineering team developing both the existing ITRS product and the new analytics-based platform, sharing best practices, providing support, sharing knowledge and generally collaborating to solve the most pressing issues at hand.

Senior DevOps Engineer

• Work with the Engineering team in developing and evolving the infrastructure to support the development, deployment and delivery of our product suite: Geneos, Opsview & ITRS Analytics.
• Work with Product, Engineering, Tech Comms and Support to define, document, and promote best practices around deployment and management of the system.
• Collaborate directly with clients at their site to support and guide their internal processes, ensuring successful deployment of the stack.

DevOps Engineer – FDE

• Execute outbound prospecting efforts across phone, LinkedIn, and email channels to engage prospective clients within assigned target accounts

• - Design and execute Proof of Values that build client confidence and accelerate deal closure, coordinating logistics across internal teams and partners.
• - Position ITRS against competitive offerings (Dynatrace, Splunk, Datadog and OpenSource) with clarity on our differentiation in capital markets infrastructure.
• - Develop creative technical approaches to overcome objections and address edge-case requirements during the sales cycle.

• - Become the subject matter expert on ITRS Analytics, Geneos, and DEM.
• - Provide technical input to RFP and RFI responses.
