Solutions Engineer

• Own the Technical Sale
• - Lead technical presentations and product demonstrations to CXO-level and VP-level audiences within major enterprise accounts and prospects.
• - Run key client engagements to drive adoption of ITRS Analytics, our leading product platform.
• - Translate client requirements into practical solution architectures using the ITRS product portfolio, leading with Geneos powered by ITRS Analytics
• - Design and execute Proof of Values that build client confidence and accelerate deal closure, coordinating logistics across internal teams and partners.
• - Position ITRS against competitive offerings (Dynatrace, Splunk, Datadog and OpenSource) with clarity on our differentiation in capital markets infrastructure.
• - Develop creative technical approaches to overcome objections and address edge-case requirements during the sales cycle.
• Be the Product Authority
• - Become the subject matter expert on ITRS Analytics, Geneos, and DEM.
• - Provide technical input to RFP and RFI responses.
• - Represent ITRS at conferences, seminars, and field events.
• Support Strategic Account Growth
• - Provide SME support for key accounts, working with Customer Success to identify areas for expansion and ultimately upsell opportunities.
• - Travel regionally for client meetings, PoVs, and marketing events.

Customer Solutions Engineer

Financial Planning and Analysis

• - Support any technical accounting projects.
• - Performing month end reconciliations and other tasks relating to monthly reporting.
• - Support our FP&A department with any ad hoc requests they might have.
• - Gathering information for external auditors at year end, also preparing and reviewing statutory financial accounts at year end.
• - Be involved in different aspects of tax compliance including corporation tax and VAT returns.
• - Get involved and be a strategic thinker when it comes to ongoing internal improvements in our systems.
• - Assist with the preparation of consolidated financial statements.
• - Maintain a high level of quality of our internal financial processes and highlight improvements where needed.
• - Support the Finance team in any other tasks as required

Group Financial Accountant

Account Executive

• Develop strategic relationships within the allocated accounts that you are assigned.
• Ensure contract renewals are completed.
• Manage a new business territory and meet the Net New Growth Sales Target.
• Work with key teams at ITRS to provide an excellent customer experience, including Client Services, Professional Services, Pre-Sales and Sales Fulfilment.
• Qualify opportunities to a high degree to provide a predictable and accurate pipeline forecast.
• Align with our Marketing and BDR teams to create sales campaigns including contributing to sales materials and attending events.
• Be a Voice of the Customer by ensuring excellent meeting notes and contributing to the feedback loop.
• Manage the sales cycle including discovery meetings, presentations, initial demos, identifying PoC success criteria, writing proposals, through to deal closure.

• Perform Business Analysis and workshop facilitation techniques to obtain client requirements and influence their behaviour.
• Design Solutions by identifying functional and user experience-based deliverables, and delivery methodology, based on agreed requirements.
• Perform Project and Client Management to delivery project outcomes.
• Hands-on implementation of ITRS Software according to Project goals.
• Deliver client empowerment through the successful handover of all required collateral and knowledge to ensure clients use and grow our solutions post project closure.
• Deliver Classroom-based product training to our clients.
• Create improvements to uphold and build the effectiveness of services, software and solutions delivered by Professional Services and ITRS as a whole.
