Interim HR Administrator – French Speaking
ITRS GroupInterim HR Administrator at ITRS, working across HR operational tasks during an acquisition. Responsible for cleansing HR data and supporting integration projects.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Cleanse and validate HR and personnel data from the acquired entity, working in French and English
- Review, organise and scan legacy personnel files from the French office
- Execute the full transfer of personnel files from Dropbox to SharePoint in line with the Group's integration data governance standards
- Support data integrity checks to ensure records meet Group compliance requirements on completion
- Work with the wider People team on projects related to the integration and assist where necessary.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience handling HR/personnel records in a business environment and handling sensitive data.
- Experience with business level French language
- Comfortable with SharePoint, Dropbox and document management workflows
- Comfortable with HR systems, running reports and keeping up to date
- Discreet, organised, and able to work to defined project milestones
- Ability to travel to France a couple of days a month.
