About the role
- Support portfolio-related processes: circulating agreements, tracking signatures, liaising with fund administrators, auditors, and external counsel
- Coordinate investment and valuation confirmations and act as main point of contact with auditors
- Handle invoice payments, expense claims, reimbursements, and reconciliations
- Track and manage team expenses, process claims and prepare reports
- Plan and coordinate logistics for orientations, retreats, offsites and company-wide programs
- Take on ad hoc operational tasks and provide cross-functional support to maintain day-to-day operations
- Report to Head of Finance & Operations and work closely with colleagues across multiple functions
Requirements
- Preferably with a finance or investment background
- Prior experience in finance, accounting, or investment operations or eagerness to learn quickly
- Highly responsive, efficient, proactive and able to work autonomously
- Organised and detail-oriented with strong process documentation skills
- Clear and proactive communicator able to liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners (fund administrators, auditors, external counsel)
- Adaptable and able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborative and able to support cross-functional tasks, events and operations
