Financial Planning and Analysis

• Support portfolio-related processes: circulating agreements, tracking signatures, liaising with fund administrators, auditors, and external counsel
• Coordinate investment and valuation confirmations and act as main point of contact with auditors
• Handle invoice payments, expense claims, reimbursements, and reconciliations
• Track and manage team expenses, process claims and prepare reports
• Plan and coordinate logistics for orientations, retreats, offsites and company-wide programs
• Take on ad hoc operational tasks and provide cross-functional support to maintain day-to-day operations
• Report to Head of Finance & Operations and work closely with colleagues across multiple functions
