About the role
- Lead development of strategic consumer growth partners and support Partner Managers in managing high-visibility programs
- Serve as the partnership program CEO: manage the program end-to-end and develop a roadmap with cross-functional partners
- Report results to internal and external leadership and track quarterly business reviews with partners
- Collaborate on industry-defining marketing campaigns to support program growth and Instacart
- Provide strategic business and partnership perspective to Product and Engineering teams, including developing a joint roadmap
- Collaborate and support development of Partnerships strategy including opportunity sizing and resource prioritization
- Interface closely with cross-functional teams such as Product, Engineering, Marketing, Legal, Policy, and Finance
Requirements
- 4-6 years of business development or partnerships experience in tech or related industries
- Experience working in the financial service industry and/or familiarity with growth partnerships
- Experience working with marketing and developing consumer focused campaigns
- Experience working with product and engineering teams with a desire to tackle complex problems
- Energetic, motivated self-starter who can learn quickly in a fast-paced environment and thrives in ambiguity (preferred)
- High level of competency (organization, prioritization and problem-solving skills) with a detailed-oriented mindset (preferred)
- Bias towards action, intellectually curious, execute efficiently, and relentlessly resourceful (preferred)
