Technical Writer

• Responsible for overseeing the lifecycle of organizational documents and the RFP process
• Supports cross-functional teams by managing document workflows, maintaining version control, and implementing best practices for document retention and distribution
• Maintain a centralized document repository
• Implement version control and archiving protocols
• Ensure timely review, approval, and distribution of documents
• Enforce document control policies aligned with legal and regulatory standards (e.g., ISO, HIPAA, GDPR)
• Conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance and data integrity
• Design and improve workflows for document creation, approval, and storage
• Collaborate with IT and security teams to ensure system reliability and data protection
• Train staff on document management systems and procedures
• Respond to document-related inquiries and troubleshoot access issues
• Administer document management software (e.g., SharePoint, DocuSign, M-Files)
• Support digitization efforts including OCR and metadata tagging
