About the role
- Serve as an administrator for key business software applications and integrations
- Enable end users enhance productivity with technical solutions and streamlined process automation
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical team members to problem solve
- Support the design and implementation of the Role Based Access controls and implementation of the least privileged security models
- Identify new opportunities to use existing capabilities of applications and increase utilization
- Assist business reporting stakeholders and ensure that data models can support analytic needs
Requirements
- 5+ years experience as an application administrator, engineer, or equivalent
- Salesforce Administrator certification and/or experience
- Experience evaluating and implementing sales/revenue, finance and operations technologies
- Creative problem solver with strong communication and listening skills and a positive approach
- Laser-like focus on the details; mature SDLC lifecycle experience including monitoring/incident management support
- Ability to build analytics/analysis of usage by product and feature or capability
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Self-starter and hardworking, with a track record of success and drive for achievement
- Team player with ability to work in a high-energy team environment
