About the role
- Set clear goals, provide guidance, and support a collaborative environment focused on results
- Evaluate and redesign workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness across North America operations
- Lead dashboard development, monitor performance, and identify opportunities for improvement
- Engage with stakeholders across Supply Chain, Logistics, IT, and external partners to ensure seamless execution
- Ensure procedures are accurately documented and consistently applied across the region
Requirements
- College degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain Management
- Minimum 2 years of people management experience
- Proficiency in ERP (SAP), WMS, and Microsoft Office
- Experience with BOTs, Power BI, and coding
- Fluent in English (oral and written)
