Draft, review, and negotiate various agreements in both Japanese and English (NDAs, Payload Service Agreement, Data Service Agreement, Launch Service Agreement, Consulting Agreements, Purchase Agreements).
Draft and manage internal policies and rules (Japanese and English) and develop/deliver internal e-learning training programs.
Conduct antisocial force checks and ensure regulatory compliance.
Prepare legal documents and handle legal registrations for shareholders’ meetings in coordination with Holdings Legal and Compliance Group.
Support Board of Directors operations for the Japanese subsidiary: draft notices, prepare minutes, handle legal registrations.
Manage legal registration processes related to stock option exercises in collaboration with HR.
Provide legal support for obtaining necessary government permissions and approvals.
Liaise and coordinate with external legal professionals (law firms, judicial scriveners, patent attorneys).

Requirements
Graduation from the Faculty of Law in Japanese University or Law School or experience of taking bar exam in Japan.
1-3 years of corporate legal experience at a business company(s).
English proficiency (business level).
Contract drafting and negotiation skills in Japanese.
Contract review and negotiation skills in English.
Experience in handling of shareholder meetings and board of directors in accordance with Japanese corporate law.
Global communication skills, flexibility, maturity, proactive mindset.
Only candidates who are currently residing in Japan with valid working visa will be considered for the role.
Native Japanese fluent is required.
Preferred: working experience in Deep tech, space industry, or as a lawyer.
