About the role
- Set up appointments for BDMs to start the sales process
- Work leads mostly inbound with some outbound prospecting
- Deep experience in outbound sales and social selling
- Work with pre-built prospect lists and call to make introductions
- 60-80 calls a day
- Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in CRM
- Follow monthly KPIs
- Role is a secondment, based in candidate's home country in ASEAN, calling Japan-based prospects
Requirements
- Fluent Japanese (Business N2 level)
- Dialing in Japanese to Japan-based prospects
- English 2nd language — speaking 9/10
- Experience in B2B sales (1-5 years)
- At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience
- B2B - IT SaaS experience preferred
- Fundamental understanding of the sales process (marketing, prospecting, cold calling, sales cycle)
- Skilled in social selling
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with senior-level executives
- Excellent presentation skills both verbally and written
- High energy and positive attitude
- Degree qualified or equivalent
- Advanced LinkedIn skills (Sales Navigator)
- Standard Salesforce / ZoomInfo skills
