About the role

  • Set up appointments for BDMs to start the sales process
  • Work leads mostly inbound with some outbound prospecting
  • Deep experience in outbound sales and social selling
  • Work with pre-built prospect lists and call to make introductions
  • 60-80 calls a day
  • Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in CRM
  • Follow monthly KPIs
  • Role is a secondment, based in candidate's home country in ASEAN, calling Japan-based prospects

Requirements

  • Fluent Japanese (Business N2 level)
  • Dialing in Japanese to Japan-based prospects
  • English 2nd language — speaking 9/10
  • Experience in B2B sales (1-5 years)
  • At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience
  • B2B - IT SaaS experience preferred
  • Fundamental understanding of the sales process (marketing, prospecting, cold calling, sales cycle)
  • Skilled in social selling
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with senior-level executives
  • Excellent presentation skills both verbally and written
  • High energy and positive attitude
  • Degree qualified or equivalent
  • Advanced LinkedIn skills (Sales Navigator)
  • Standard Salesforce / ZoomInfo skills
