About the role
- Manage and support the ServiceNow platform lifecycle, from planning and deployment through maintenance and optimization
- Configure, troubleshoot, and optimize MID server management (Linux) for large-scale environments
- Proactively monitor and troubleshoot connectivity issues between ServiceNow and infrastructure systems
- Serve as a platform administrator, providing expertise on platform experience and configuration
- Provide basic architecture insights to guide design and scalability decisions
- Support CI/CD pipeline integration and automation within ServiceNow environments
- Partner with infrastructure and application teams to resolve technical challenges and improve efficiency
- Document processes, designs, and troubleshooting procedures to support knowledge sharing and operational excellence
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of ServiceNow or IT systems engineering experience for Mid-Level Role
- Minimum of 10 years of systems engineering experience for Senior-Level Role
- At least 6 years working with the ServiceNow platform
- ServiceNow platform administration and configuration
- Linux server management (including MID servers)
- CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Basic architecture design and system integration
