About the role
- coordinate with the Government and the ServiceNow CMDB Architect to design, implement, and configure ServiceNow Information Technology Operations Management (ITOM) capabilities
- participate in enterprise discovery workshops with Government stakeholders
- implement, configure, deploy, and maintain ServiceNow ITOM with an integration to Axonius
- contribute to contract deliverables including test plans, CMDB Solution Strategy, Architecture Plan, and a security assessment
Requirements
- Active DoD Secret Clearance
- 15+ Years relevant experience (a Bachelor’s Degree in applicable field may be substituted for 5 years of experience)
- Experience with ServiceNow ITOM Discovery, CMDB, and Service Mapping capabilities.
- Experience creating IRE reconciliation policies and business rules.
- At least one of the following certifications: Certified ServiceNow Administrator, Certified ServiceNow Developer
- Effective communicator at all levels, both written and verbal
