About the role
- Plan, lead and execute complex implementation projects independently with high-level guidance.
- Lead seamless transition of acquired customers onto core systems including customer portal, billing platforms, and invoicing processes.
- Meticulously plan and execute data migration and validate initial invoice cycles for accuracy.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (IT, Finance, Sales & Support) and manage internal project teams.
- Develop implementation strategy, detailed plans, risk mitigation, status reports, meeting notes and action item logs.
- Develop internal and external workflows and associated training documents across multiple service lines.
- Serve as day-to-day contact for customer/seller during the project and transition customer to account support team.
- Identify, track, resolve and escalate project issues and impediments; recommend process improvements.
- Mentor others within the Customer Implementation team and across NAO.
- Assist customers with internal communications, training of local field operations, and identify product/service opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Management or related field preferred or equivalent work experience.
- Requires 5 plus years of proven project management experience in a matrix environment.
- Proven customer facing experience.
- Internal/external written and verbal communication skills.
- Interpersonal and analytical skills.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize issues in a complex environment.
- Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
- Must be detail-oriented.
- Strong computer skills; proficient with Excel and able to become proficient with SKP and Securebase.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams (IT, Finance, Sales & Support).
- Experience with data migration, billing platforms, and invoicing processes.
- Ability to develop implementation strategy, risk mitigation plans, and status reports.
