Deliver end-to-end implementations of Pinewood.AI for Parts & Service / Fixed Operations, from discovery and scoping through configuration, training, go-live, and hypercare
Design, adapt, and deliver high-quality training to mixed-ability audiences, on-site and remotely
Create and localise training materials for the North American market, tailoring terminology, spelling, examples, and process detail for US users
Configure fixed operations workflows, including service reception, menus and labour pricing, WIP, parts inventory, warranty handling, and reporting
Coach best practices for technician scheduling, parts ordering, ELR improvement, hours sold, and OEM integrations
Deliver business change activities such as stakeholder alignment, adoption planning, and measurement of training effectiveness
Capture lessons learned, contribute to implementation playbooks, and mentor colleagues to raise capability across the team
Collaborate with product, support, and delivery teams to resolve issues, share feedback, and improve the overall rollout process
Travel extensively across North America (approximately 80%) to deliver on-site consultancy and training
Help shape rollout processes, create training approaches for the North American market, and ensure successful adoption of Pinewood.AI technology by retailers
Requirements
Significant aftersales/fixed operations background with strong exposure to service and parts processes
Demonstrable expertise in training, facilitation, and change management for enterprise software, ideally DMS or fixed ops platforms
Experience designing curricula and training assets, including localisation for new markets
Proven ability to manage complex multi-site rollouts and influence senior stakeholders
Highly organised, analytical, and comfortable prioritising across concurrent projects
Familiarity with major dealership management and fixed operations systems such as CDK, Reynolds, Dealertrack, MyKaarma, or Xtime
Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to engage and motivate mixed ability audiences
Confidence in coaching senior leaders and driving operational change
Willing and able to travel extensively across the United States and Canada (around 80%)
Adaptable and proactive, thriving in a fast-changing, startup environment
Drivers Licence
Desirable: Direct experience of large-scale DMS or service platform implementations
Desirable: Proven track record of improving implementation or training methodology across a team or organisation
Desirable: Experience working with fast-growing or international technology companies, especially in startup-style environments
Desirable: Understanding of how aftersales/fixed operations performance drives overall dealership success
