Implementation Specialist

• Deliver end-to-end implementations of Pinewood.AI for dealership sales operations, from discovery and scoping through configuration, training, go-live, and after care.
• Configure and validate sales workflows including lead management, opportunity tracking, desking, F&I handoffs, inventory visibility, CRM processes, and reporting.
• Design, adapt, and deliver high-quality training to mixed-ability audiences, from entry-level sales consultants to sales managers and executive leadership, both on-site and remotely.
• Create and localize training materials for the North American market, tailoring terminology, spelling, examples, and process detail for North American sales environments.
• Coach best practices for dealership sales processes including lead response, pipeline management, compliance, reporting accuracy, desking, and performance optimization.
• Support business change activities such as stakeholder alignment, adoption planning, sales process standardization, and training effectiveness.
• Capture lessons learned, contribute to implementation playbooks, and mentor colleagues to raise capability across the training and delivery teams.
• Collaborate closely with product, support, and delivery teams to resolve issues, share customer feedback, and continuously improve the rollout experience.
• Travel extensively across North America (approximately 80%) to deliver on-site consultancy, training, and go-live support.

Training and Implementation Consultant – Sales

Account Executive

• Hunt, prospect, and close new dealership groups for Pinewood.AI’s DMS and Seez’s AI-powered solutions
• Own the full enterprise sales cycle from outbound prospecting through contract execution
• Drive expansion and cross-sell opportunities within Lithia Group dealerships across both platforms
• Build and execute a territory plan focused on pipeline creation, new logo acquisition, and revenue growth
• Engage dealership principals, general managers, CIOs, and executive leadership in strategic, value-based conversations
• Lead product demonstrations and executive presentations across DMS and Seez solution sets
• Develop clear business cases, ROI models, and commercial proposals tied to dealership outcomes
• Consistently generate and manage a pipeline that supports aggressive growth targets
• Accurately forecast opportunities and maintain disciplined CRM hygiene
• Partner closely with implementation and customer success teams to ensure strong post-sale transitions
• Collect competitive intelligence and field feedback to inform product and go-to-market strategy
• Represent Pinewood.AI and Seez at industry events, dealer meetings, and conferences
• Collaborate with marketing on outbound campaigns and targeted account penetration

Product Manager

• Own and develop the product vision and roadmap for features, aligned to business and customer goals.
• Work with PDMs and developers to define, refine, and prioritise deliverables using clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Account Management and Partner Support teams to gather feedback, understand dealer needs, and resolve product issues.
• Sign off on new functionality and ensure high-quality releases with clear business value.
• Prepare product documentation and release notes to support training, adoption, and promotion of features.
• Be a point of contact for partner and manufacturer meetings, helping gather market insights and agree on deliverable solutions.
• Support the ongoing development and mentoring of Project Delivery Managers in line with personal and team growth goals.
• Engage with technical teams to provide context and direction on functionality, ensuring delivery meets requirements and is technically feasible.
• Maintain a prioritised feature backlog and ensure consistent documentation across the product lifecycle.
• Act as an internal champion for your product, communicating updates and value to stakeholders across the business.

Sales

• Own and lead Pinewood.AI’s commercial strategy across South Africa, setting clear priorities, revenue targets, and routes to market across the full Pinewood.AI product portfolio.
• Shape and execute a structured go-to-market approach, defining priority segments, target accounts, and expansion opportunities across South Africa and selected African markets.
• Establish Pinewood.AI’s presence as a credible, strategic technology partner, with responsibility for supporting market entry and growth under defined, ring-fenced commercial models where appropriate.
• Proactively generate new opportunities through executive networking, referrals, and strategic introductions, rather than reliance on inbound demand.
• Establish and maintain trusted, senior-level relationships with OEMs, NSCs, large dealer groups, and commercial partners across the region.
• Lead discovery-driven, consultative sales engagements that uncover latent needs, shape customer vision, and influence buying criteria before formal procurement processes begin.
• Build, manage, and forecast a balanced sales pipeline, combining near-term opportunities with longer-term, high-value strategic deals to drive consistent revenue growth.
• Navigate and lead complex, multi-stakeholder negotiations, shaping commercial structures and ensuring Pinewood.AI is positioned as the preferred long-term technology partner.
• Own the commercial close, maintaining confidence, momentum, and executive alignment throughout the sales cycle.
• Use market intelligence, customer insight, and performance data to continuously refine regional sales strategy, positioning, and go-to-market execution.
• Work closely with internal teams to align customer engagement strategy, solution positioning, and commercial models to market needs.
• Provide leadership and direction that fosters a high-performance, results-driven, opportunity-focused sales culture, with accountability against performance-based objectives.
