Implementation Specialist

• Deliver end-to-end implementations of Pinewood.AI for dealership variable operations, from discovery and scoping through configuration, training, go-live, and after care.
• Configure and validate sales workflows including lead management, opportunity tracking, desking, F&I handoffs, inventory visibility, CRM processes, and reporting.
• Design, adapt, and deliver high-quality training to mixed-ability audiences, from entry-level sales consultants to sales managers and executive leadership, both on-site and remotely.
• Create and localize training materials for the North American market, tailoring terminology, spelling, examples, and process detail for North American sales environments.
• Coach best practices for dealership sales processes including lead response, pipeline management, compliance, reporting accuracy, desking, and performance optimization.
• Support business change activities such as stakeholder alignment, adoption planning, sales process standardization, and training effectiveness.
• Capture lessons learned, contribute to implementation playbooks, and mentor colleagues to raise capability across the training and delivery teams.
• Collaborate closely with product, support, and delivery teams to resolve issues, share customer feedback, and continuously improve the rollout experience.
• Travel extensively across North America (approximately 80%) to deliver on-site consultancy, training, and go-live support.

Training and Implementation Consultant – Variable Ops

• Deliver end-to-end implementations of Pinewood.AI for Parts & Service / Fixed Operations, from discovery and scoping through configuration, training, go-live, and hypercare
• Design, adapt, and deliver high-quality training to mixed-ability audiences, from technicians and service advisors to fixed ops directors and general managers, both on-site and remotely
• Create and localise training materials for the North American market, tailoring terminology, spelling, examples, and process detail for US users
• Configure fixed operations workflows, including service reception, menus and labour pricing, WIP, parts inventory, warranty handling, and reporting
• Coach best practices for technician scheduling, parts ordering, ELR improvement, hours sold, and OEM integrations
• Deliver business change activities such as stakeholder alignment, adoption planning, and measurement of training effectiveness
• Capture lessons learned, contribute to implementation playbooks, and mentor colleagues to raise capability across the team
• Collaborate with product, support, and delivery teams to resolve issues, share feedback, and improve the overall rollout process
• Travel extensively across North America, approximately 80% of the time, to deliver on-site consultancy and training

Training and Implementation Consultant – Parts & Service, Fixed Ops

QA Engineer

• Own manual testing for assigned features from refinement to release
• Design and execute meaningful test scenarios, not just scripted cases
• Perform functional, regression, exploratory, and integration testing
• Validate requirements and acceptance criteria
• Identify risk, edge cases, and user‑impacting defects early
• Provide clear go/no‑go quality assessments for releases
• Raise clear, actionable defects with strong reproduction steps
• Assess severity, priority, and customer impact
• Work closely with developers to support root‑cause analysis
• Retest fixes thoroughly and verify acceptance
• Engage actively in backlog refinement, planning, and retros
• Challenge unclear or incomplete requirements constructively
• Communicate quality status, risks, and confidence clearly
• Contribute ideas to improve QA practices and consistency
• Support regression and release testing activities
• Work in a hybrid model (approx. 2 days currently onsite at Birmingham Business Park but we are moving to Solihull Blythe Valley in the summer 2026)

QA Engineer – Manual & Automation

Manager

• Partner closely with Product Managers to understand requirements, shape delivery scope, and ensure releases deliver on the value proposition for our customers.
• Translate requirements into clear, actionable delivery plans with well-defined objectives, milestones, and ownership.
• Collaborate with technical leads, developers, and product managers to maintain smooth day-to-day execution, manage dependencies, and remove blockers.
• Challenge changes to scope or timelines that may impact delivery, proposing options to manage shifting priorities.
• Maintain robust project governance through clear status reporting, delivery forecasts, and release plans.
• Identify and escalate risks early to minimise impact on delivery.
• Actively support and drive quality assurance, backward compatibility, and proactive testing practices to uphold release reliability.
• Plan and coordinate release execution (including communications and pilot rollouts) for controlled, successful launches.
• Prepare release documentation, internal briefings, and training resources to ensure stakeholders are informed and ready.
• Collaborate with Partner Support to resolve product-related issues and drive continuous improvement.
• Contribute to the refinement of delivery processes, improving standards and documentation for future projects.
• Mentor fellow Delivery Managers, sharing best practices and fostering a high-performing, collaborative team environment.
