About the role
- Actively manage a team of Sales Directors and Sales Managers through coaching, strategic mapping, and target assignment
- Provide key client relationship management across one or multiple health agencies
- Navigate complex agency relationship maps and identify key stakeholders across functions
- Consult with clients to align IQVIA's data and measurement solutions with their strategic needs
- Develop and communicate the current sales landscape, opportunity pipelines, and growth strategies with the CRO and senior leadership
- Collaborate with product and client services leadership to ensure sales and account team readiness for new feature releases
- Drive awareness of IQVIA Digital and Lasso among healthcare marketing decision-makers and industry partners
- Integrate sales, marketing, and product management goals into a cohesive sales strategy
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum of 15 years' experience in digital marketing
- Proven experience managing clients in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
- Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing sales teams
- Strong understanding of the health data and measurement landscape
- Excellent relationship-building and strategic communication skills
