• As Business Process Analyst, you will be responsible for analysing, documenting, and optimising end-to-end global business processes across the organisation.
• This role supports operational excellence, digital transformation, and process standardization efforts through structured process design, stakeholder engagement and data driven improvement initiatives.

Account Manager

• Drive new business growth across CA, AZ, NV, OR, WA, UT, and ID.
• Build and manage a high‑quality pipeline of municipal and hauler opportunities.
• Lead all prospecting activities including outreach, discovery, qualification, and proposal development.
• Secure new municipal contracts, roll‑out opportunities, and hauler partnerships.
• Conduct product presentations, site visits, demos, and early-stage onboarding support.
• Serve as the main commercial point of contact during onboarding.
• Ensure a strong customer experience throughout early account development.
• Develop and execute a territory plan aligned with Environmental business growth priorities.
• Maintain accurate CRM data, sales forecasts, and account insights.
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, Customer Service, Supply Chain, and Finance to align on customer requirements.
• Lead issue‑resolution efforts during early customer engagement.

Key Account Manager – Environmental

• Analyse and prepare all relevant tax returns for the organisation, supporting automation opportunities where possible
• Support in preparing transfer pricing documentation and calculation
• Monitor changes in tax legislation and assess the impact on company operations
• Provide support during tax audits and liaise with tax authorities
• Assist in the development and implementation of tax planning strategies
• Conduct research on tax-related issues and prepare informative reports
• Calculate and analyse tax provisions and liabilities in accordance with accounting standards
