About the role
- Founded in 2018 and headquartered in Dubai, invygo aims at simplifying the process of getting a car. Being the first car subscription app of its kind in the region, the app enables customers to own or subscribe to a car monthly without hassle. As part of the CX team, work in a dynamic environment and collaborate with growth, product, CX, brand marketing. As a Telesales Specialist, you will upsell invygo's products over the phone, develop new leads, make cold calls, and close deals while maintaining customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services; Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions; Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets; Build and maintain strong customer relationships; Handle inquiries, objections, and resolve customer concerns effectively; Maintain accurate records of calls and sales in the system; Stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
Requirements
- Proven sales success, with at least 1 year of experience in telesales or a related field
- Fluent English is a MUST
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
- Goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed
- Familiarity with CRM software and a good understanding of lead generation processes
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop new skills.
