About the role
- Lead the day-to-day financial operations, including management & financial reporting, plus regulatory compliance
- Manage and mentor a high-performing finance team, providing leadership and support
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with growth objectives, spotting opportunities for cost optimization and revenue generation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and support decision-making
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards
- Provide strategic financial insights and analysis for key business decisions
- Build and maintain relationships with auditors, banks, and other financial institutions
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance financial performance
- Stay ahead of industry trends and bring best practices into the business
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA, ACCA, CPA, CMA preferred)
- 3+ years of proven senior financial management experience (tech scale-up experience is a big plus)
- Fluency in Arabic & English, with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership with a track record of managing teams and delivering results
- Deep understanding of FP&A, accounting, cost control, and taxation
- Analytical mindset — able to turn complex data into actionable insights
- Strategic thinker with a growth-oriented mindset and passion for innovation
- Proficiency in financial management software & advanced Excel skills
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail
- Resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
