Support and collaborate with Intuitive teams; assist Sales teams, Genesis teams, provide hospital contacts
Provide feedback to HQ and participate in continuous improvement projects
Complete required training including Intuitive Surgical University classes
Manage assigned area: respond to customer needs, maintain system install base, establish rapport with customers, provide support for training and events
Requirements
Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team
Demonstrated ability to identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues efficiently
Strong time management skills
Ability to Travel up to 50% and within travel and expense policy
Willingness to perform ad hoc tasks assigned by management
Reside within a reasonable distance, typically within 30 miles, of the assigned territory
Ability to work a flex shift, second shift, or other type of shift
Demonstrate individual characteristics expected of Intuitive personnel
Ability to lift 75 lbs. and move wheeled objects up to 1,200 lbs.
Clean driving record
Ability to obtain and maintain Vendor Credentialing approval for access to operating rooms
Compliance with all necessary vaccination requirements as mandated by vendor credentialing process
1-3 years of Field Service Experience preferred
Associate’s degree in related field or equivalent training/experience preferred
