Stakeholder communication - act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders across all levels, ensuring clear understanding and alignment from discovery through to delivery.
Represent business needs during agile ceremonies, contributing to planning, prioritisation, and iterative improvement in project workflows.
Partner with senior consultants, ask questions, and actively participate in knowledge-sharing sessions to build deep, practical expertise in IAM technologies.
Help develop IAM policies and governance frameworks that ensure compliance, manage risk, and enable scalability.
Analyse client processes and suggest improvements to streamline operations, reduce friction, and increase security.
Share insights and learnings with colleagues and clients to support a culture of continuous improvement and IAM excellence.
Conduct change impact assessments to help clients implement IAM changes with minimal disruption and maximum adoption.
Requirements
3+ years Business Analysis / Business Consulting experience including IAM solutions / deployments with an understanding of One Identity, Okta, SailPoint, CyberArk or similar.
Strong stakeholder management skills, especially at C-level with a proven ability to manage client relationships and complex project requirements effectively.
Analytical thinker – able to break down business problems, identify root causes and bridge the gap between strategy and implementation.
Strong sense of ownership and accountability, quality and results driven.
