Pre-sales Engineer

• Partner with the sales team to qualify opportunities and define the right Okta-based solutions
• Deliver compelling technical presentations, demonstrations, and proofs of concept for Okta’s product suite (Customer Identity, CIAM, Workforce Identity ideally, Access, Lifecycle Management, etc.)
• Engage with technical and business stakeholders to gather requirements and map them to Okta capabilities
• Develop solution architectures, high-level designs, and proposals in collaboration with delivery teams
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers on IAM best practices, industry trends, and Okta roadmap
• Support RFP/RFI responses with technical content and solution positioning
• Contribute to building repeatable pre-sales assets, demo environments, and reference architectures
• Maintain deep technical knowledge of the Okta platform and the wider IAM ecosystem (e.g., Azure Entra ID, Ping, ForgeRock)
