Develop and strengthen a sustainable relationship with assigned territory in Travel Leaders Network
Take proactive action via customer visits to accounts as well as strategic plans for growth and success
Develops and implements core supplier sales plans and integrated Travel Leaders Network products and services utilization plan for assigned territory
Travels to member agencies, local /regional sponsored events and industry sponsored events
Presents and assists in the understanding of member benefits from marketing programs to technology in addition to other offerings - focused on programs with highest ROI for TLN
Communicates member requirements and requests support from other departments as necessary to assist in achieving goals
Recommends areas of further growth potential and supports members in reaching those goals
Evaluates territory performance against established objectives/guidelines
Provides timely reporting of activities via Salesforce.com
Conducts minimum of 60 contacts per week (in person and via phone calls)
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or minimum of 5 years of sales or marketing experience
Travel up to 35% of the time
Must possess exceptional oral and written communication skills
Must have proven track record of account management and retention
Must have the ability to meet deadlines working from home and while traveling
