About the role
- Play a key role in recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.
- Administer payroll and benefits with precision.
- Handle a broad range of human resources functions including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and benefits administration.
- Collaborate with HR leadership to drive organizational growth and meaningful change.
- Lead initiatives that make work better, from wellness programs to training sessions, including leading creative employee activities.
- Support HR operations within a fast-paced SaaS environment focused on digital medical patient platform solutions.
- Handle HRIS administration tasks (BambooHR) and HRIS data management and reporting.
Requirements
- Must currently reside in one of the following states: AL, AR, CO, FL, GA, IL, MI, NC, OH, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA.
- We do not offer sponsorship.
- 2 years of payroll experience
- 2 years of experience as an HRIS admin, preferably within BambooHR.
- 2+ years of HR experience (preferably in technology or SaaS).
- Solid knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and benefits administration.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Nice-to-Have: Experience with Lattice performance management system.
- Nice-to-Have: HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent).
- Nice-to-Have: Experience in healthcare technology or SaaS.
- Nice-to-Have: Familiarity with HIPAA compliance, diversity, inclusion & belonging programs, and employee wellness initiatives.
