Reporting to: HR Business Partner
Serve as a central point of contact for employees, managers, and external partners, ensuring seamless execution of HR operations and programs across the employee lifecycle.
Hands-on position with responsibilities across onboarding, engagement, talent acquisition, learning and development, HR systems, policy management, and compliance.
Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including coordination with HRIS systems, IT, and office managers.
Lead employee orientation programs.
Partner with office managers to support engagement initiatives and employee recognition programs.
Manage and maintain the learning catalog; assign and track employee trainings; support performance management processes.
Partner with the Talent Acquisition Lead in resume screening, candidate assessments, interview coordination, and ATS management.
Admin for HRIS Platforms and back-up for payroll processing.
Assist in building and implementing a global internship and co-op program; policy and handbook development; support DEIA Committee.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
3+ years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist role.
Experience with HRIS systems and PEO Models (Payworks, TriNet, or similar platforms).
Strong knowledge of U.S. employment laws and compliance requirements (I-9, payroll, policies).
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail.
Collaborative, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
