Lead and mentor a team of in-house and agency media buyers, ensuring clarity, accountability, and operational precision.
Develop, document, and enforce best practices for testing, optimization, and scaling across all platforms.
Partner closely with leadership to forecast spend, acquisition volume, and growth pacing aligned with company targets.
Expand into new paid channels and geographies, identifying scalable acquisition opportunities.
Continuously evaluate channel performance, adjusting budgets based on efficiency and marginal ROI.
Build a diversified media mix to mitigate platform risk and stabilize acquisition costs.
Use Triple Whale, ClickMagick, and internal dashboards to track performance, attribution, and cohort profitability.
Analyze and report on CAC, ROAS, MER, LTV, and payback windows with precision and context.
Lead a team of skilled media buyers with clear KPIs and structured weekly accountability rhythms.
Requirements
7+ years of experience in digital performance marketing, with a strong DTC eCommerce background.
Proven success managing $10M+ annual ad spend across Meta, TikTok, and Google.
Willingness to travel 3–4 times annually, with frequency based on proximity to Phoenix, AZ.
Experience leading media buying teams and managing agencies or contractors.
Deep understanding of acquisition funnels, channel diversification, and attribution.
Supplements or nutraceutical industry experience preferred, but not required.
