Project manage and facilitate cross-team projects and manage internal team events
Research, prototype, and build operational systems to meet strategic goals
Manage and track internal and external operations projects and KPIs quarterly
Support and coordinate cross-team projects across Development, MarComms, Engagement, Business Systems, Finance and People and Culture
Align and coordinate with internal partners to drive strategy and execution
Provide administrative support for the CFOO and ED Engagement: managing calendars, expense reports, travel plans, correspondence, and meeting documents
Serve as primary scheduling point of contact for the CFOO and possibly ED Engagement
Assist with team engagement strategies, retreats, events, feedback loops, and culture/operational structures
Plan and execute logistics for internal meetings, org-wide retreats, events, New Hire Orientation, conferences, Board and Leadership meetings
Research, cost analyze and negotiate with external vendors and manage event budgets and vendor payments
Design participant surveys and curate meeting survey data for internal learning
Requirements
7+ years of relevant experience, including substantial project management experience, demonstrated leadership, and expertise in team development
Possesses strong business acumen and can decipher priorities and make sound judgment calls
Ability to work independently and autonomously, while navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
High degree of professionalism and strong interpersonal skills
Ability to build relationships with stakeholders including Board members, senior executives, staff, community leaders, donors, and partners
Ability to react with appropriate levels of urgency and maintain discretion handling confidential information
High technical aptitude and demonstrated ability to learn new systems
