About the role

  • Take ownership of valuable merchant relationships within e-commerce and strengthen partnerships.
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts with tailored strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
  • Build and maintain senior-level client relationships, ensuring needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Identify and capture new business opportunities and adapt solutions to evolving client needs.
  • Lead contract negotiations and secure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Lead complex projects and initiatives, managing client initiatives end to end.
  • Analyse sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and improvements.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client outcomes.
  • Provide regular reports on account performance and communicate effectively with senior management.
  • Challenge partners and clients constructively to deliver measurable business impact.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in key account management, or project management.
  • Demonstrated project leadership experience, managing complex client initiatives end to end.
  • Strong track record of exceeding targets and growing key accounts.
  • Proven experience negotiating with and managing relationships at C-level.
  • Experience in logistics and/or e-commerce (highly advantageous).
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
  • Fluency in Swedish and English, both verbal and written.
  • Participation in background checks via Verifiera (mandatory for recruitment processes in Sweden).
