About the role

  • Qualify inbound leads by engaging with families and students, understanding their needs, and assessing their fit for Inspiras services
  • Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn to engage new prospective families and students
  • Research and identify high-quality accounts to expand Inspiras outreach efforts
  • Schedule discovery calls and meetings for the Enrollment Managers to drive new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales to refine messaging, campaigns, and lead generation strategies
  • Accurately track and manage all activities, conversations, and pipeline data in our CRM system
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly targets related to qualified meetings and pipeline creation
  • Represent Inspiras mission and values with empathy and professionalism in every interaction

Requirements

  • 1-3+ years of experience in sales, business development, recruiting, or other customer-facing roles
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to connect and build trust quickly
  • Highly motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented with a resilient mindset
  • Comfortable balancing inbound responsiveness with outbound prospecting in a fast-paced environment
  • A curious learner who asks thoughtful questions, takes feedback, and adapts quickly
  • Tech-savvy, with experience using CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) a plus
