About the role
- Qualify inbound leads by engaging with families and students, understanding their needs, and assessing their fit for Inspira’s services
- Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn to engage new prospective families and students
- Research and identify high-quality accounts to expand Inspira’s outreach efforts
- Schedule discovery calls and meetings for the Enrollment Managers to drive new business opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing and sales to refine messaging, campaigns, and lead generation strategies
- Accurately track and manage all activities, conversations, and pipeline data in our CRM system
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly targets related to qualified meetings and pipeline creation
- Represent Inspira’s mission and values with empathy and professionalism in every interaction
Requirements
- 0-2+ years of experience in sales, business development, recruiting, or other customer-facing roles
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to connect and build trust quickly
- Highly motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented with a resilient mindset
- Comfortable balancing inbound responsiveness with outbound prospecting in a fast-paced environment
- A curious learner who asks thoughtful questions, takes feedback, and adapts quickly
- Tech-savvy, with experience using CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) a plus
