About the role
- Drive pipeline creation and close $10M+ in net-new enterprise deals annually.
- Position Innodata’s offerings: AI Implementation, GenAI QA, GenAI Context Engineering, and GenAI Product Operations Support.
- Build trusted relationships with CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, and Innovation leaders to shape AI transformation roadmaps.
- Map target accounts, orchestrate tailored outreach, and land pilots that expand into enterprise programs.
- Partner with Pre-sales, practice, delivery and solution teams to co-create compelling proposals, POVs, and demos.
- Represent Innodata at industry events, AI forums, and analyst discussions to raise market visibility.
Requirements
- 10–15 years of enterprise sales experience with a proven hunter track record in new logo acquisition.
- Prior experience in AI/ML, GenAI, digital transformation, or enterprise software/services strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to close $2M+ deals in enterprise services.
- Existing CxO and VP-level network in Tech, Financial Services, Healthcare, Retail, or Manufacturing.
- Understanding of the AI adoption lifecycle and enterprise pain points: implementation, evaluation, governance, and operations.
- Consultative, research-driven prospector with strong closing skills and executive presence.
