About the role
- Providing close sales support to our Sales, Channel, and Distribution teams
- Delivering monthly new sales targets by managing a pipeline of opportunities generated by your Sales Development (SDR) colleagues as well as your own prospecting
- Nurturing prospective clients through the full sales process from product demonstration to trial and close
- Building and nurturing client relationships throughout the sales and post-sales cycles
- Lead consultative sales conversations to understand the client’s EV charging requirements, including uptime, energy resilience, emissions reduction, priority markets, and sustainability goals
- Contributing to the growth and development of our product by providing feedback from conversations with your customers and prospects
- Engaging with the Sales and business leadership to coordinate marketing and sales activities
- Updating the CRM database (Hubspot) to document all activities on opportunities and follow-ups
Requirements
- At least 4+ years of prior experience in full-cycle sales selling B2B SaaS with an exceptional track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
- You have experience in negotiating and closing SaaS deals of all sizes and managing complex sales cycles of 4-6 months.
- You possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills and can liaise effectively with senior stakeholders.
- You are comfortable using marketing automation platforms and CRM (eg. Hubspot).
- You are results-driven, tenacious, and a strong team player.
