• Drafting and reviewing employment, service and freelancer contracts for staff and eSports athletes — both nationally and internationally.
• Advising on remote-work arrangements, social security obligations, tax questions and immigration law (including eSports visas under § 22 of the German Residence Ordinance - BeschV).
• Developing internal compliance processes: data protection (GDPR), whistleblower protection, social media policies, anti-doping and integrity standards in eSports.
• Collaborating with external law firms on employment and immigration matters.

• Support communications related to the association's founding and funded projects

• Prepare, structure and follow up on all strategically important decisions of the executive management.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives, special situations and strategic projects.
• Analyze, optimize and continuously develop internal structures, workflows and reporting processes.
• Establish an effective flow of information between executive management, leaders and teams.
• Prioritize and manage topics that reach the executive level — including initial qualification, risk assessment and action planning.
• Draft and coordinate key internal and external communications (decision papers, statements, announcements, briefings).
