Responsable Ressources Humaines

Full-stack Engineer

• Accountable for end-to-end Project Quality of ETO packages, including NASH Liquid Ring Vacuum Pumps, compressors, and blower systems, covering both pre-order and post-order phases.
• Drives adherence to customer specifications, contractual requirements, and international quality standards across all project stages.
• Preparation of stage-wise Inspection & Quality Assurance Plans (QAP) for project packages.
• Review and approval of post-order documents including ITPs, procedures, and quality-related submissions from vendors.
• Conducting technical discussions and coordinating with vendors to resolve comments and ensure compliance with QA requirements.
• Responsible for obtaining Inspection Release Note/Dispatch Clearance after successful inspection completion and closure of all observations.

Senior Engineer – Project Quality

Manager

• Lead and manage the full project lifecycle from order intake to final delivery and project closure of ETO packages.
• Lead Kick-Off Meetings with customers to align on project scope and requirements.
• Develop and monitor detailed project schedules and track progress against milestones.
• Identify project risks and implement corrective actions.
• Serve as the single point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Drive timely procurement of bought-out items and components.
• Maintain full commercial ownership of projects, including budgeting and cost control.
• Interpret and manage project contracts, ensuring compliance.

Deputy Manager – Projects

Sales

• You develop and strengthen the market position through an active sales presence with customers
• You are responsible for strategic customer development by identifying potential and needs and deriving goal- and results-oriented sales measures
• You provide product and application consulting regarding product optimization, operating costs, energy efficiency, stocking concepts, service and maintenance contracts, and the development of customer-specific solutions
• You win back customers who are being supplied with spare parts by alternative suppliers
• You conduct sales negotiations, including technical and commercial contract review
• You manage internal interfaces to ensure processes for quotations and orders
• In cooperation with Customer Service, you are responsible for establishing and expanding a service infrastructure in the sales territory through the implementation of external service partners
