About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and manage the full project lifecycle from order intake to final delivery and project closure of ETO packages.
Lead Kick-Off Meetings with customers to align on project scope and requirements.
Develop and monitor detailed project schedules and track progress against milestones.
Identify project risks and implement corrective actions.
Serve as the single point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
Maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
Drive timely procurement of bought-out items and components.
Maintain full commercial ownership of projects, including budgeting and cost control.
Interpret and manage project contracts, ensuring compliance.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or chemical engineering.
10–15 years of relevant experience in Project Management, specifically in managing Engineer-to-Order (ETO) packages for the Oil & Gas, Chemical, and Power sectors.
Experience in executing projects within the Oil & Gas, Chemical, Power industries is essential.
Prior exposure to EPC, LSTK, and PMC project environments is highly preferred.
Proficient in MS Office tools and MS Project for effective planning, scheduling & progress tracking.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with strong proficiency in English.
