About the role
- Define, manage, and prioritize the product backlog;
- Ensure deliveries are aligned with the business's strategic objectives;
- Translate business needs and user feedback into clear requirements;
- Ensure the team is clear about what needs to be delivered and why;
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and align expectations;
- Perform functional testing and validate deliveries;
- Participate in ceremonies (planning, daily, review, retrospective, among others);
- Evaluate and measure the outcomes of deliveries to guide future decisions together with management;
- Interact with agencies and institutions involved in the governance and definition of projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Law;
- Experience as a Product Owner or in similar roles;
- Certifications such as CSPO, PSPO, or equivalent;
- Legal knowledge (combined with product and technology skills);
- Previous experience in systems analysis, product management, or working on technology projects within the Judiciary;
- Experience with tools like Jira, or similar;
- Knowledge of UX/UI and discovery practices.
