About the role
- Identify opportunities to increase the value delivered to the ecosystem by optimizing journeys, integrations, and existing products.
- Build and evolve B2B products, ensuring value for merchants and partners from onboarding through performance monitoring and churn prevention.
- Map current and future journeys, understanding pain points and business opportunities to translate them into scalable solutions.
- Define and track success metrics based on business impact, feature adoption, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with Design, Engineering, Sales, Risk, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably with B2B products or fintechs.
- Comfortable navigating between product, business, and technology with a focus on impact and clear prioritization.
- Analytical and data-driven, able to turn insights into product decisions.
- Enjoys solving complex problems, with product vision and empathy for the end user.
- Strong communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders, balancing commercial, technical, and regulatory needs.
- Familiarity with financial metrics, reconciliation processes, or payment integrations (desired).
- Collaborative, proactive, and looking to grow quickly in a dynamic, high-impact environment.
- Verbal communication in English (desired).
