About the role
- Act as the main point of contact between business areas, technology, and operations for products related to FIDC.
- Define, prioritize, and manage the product backlog, aligned with the company's strategy.
- Map processes for structuring, managing, and monitoring FIDCs, translating requirements into clear solutions for the development team.
- Monitor trends in the financial market, especially in structured credit, securitization, and investment funds.
- Ensure the product complies with regulations from CVM, Bacen, and other regulatory bodies.
- Support the definition of success metrics and track product performance indicators.
- Facilitate communication between multidisciplinary teams (legal, operations, risk, compliance, and technology).
- Provide structured and executive-level visibility on product developments to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Solid experience and proven knowledge in FIDC (Credit Rights Investment Fund), understanding its structure, regulation, operations, and lifecycle.
- Proven experience as a Product Owner, leading complex products in the financial or technology sector.
- Advanced proficiency in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
- Ability to make data-driven decisions by interpreting market metrics, user feedback, and product performance.
- Strategic thinking to align product vision with organizational objectives.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder expectation management skills at different levels.
- Proficiency in preparing executive presentations, Business Plans, and Business Cases.
- Desired:
- PSPO/CSPO certification (Product Owner).
