About the role
- Define and communicate the product vision and strategy;
- Backlog management;
- Create, prioritize and refine the product backlog;
- Measure and analyze product performance post-launch;
- Ensure that products and features developed comply with Central Bank (BACEN), CVM and ANBIMA regulations.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Owner
- Preferably in the financial market (MFO, AAI, brokerages, banks)
- Solid understanding of financial products
- Proficiency in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
- Analytical ability to turn data into insights and strategic product decisions
- Results-oriented
- Bachelor's degree in Technology, Business Administration, Economics or related fields.
