Advising clients and key stakeholders with best practices, methodologies, state of the art knowledge on IT and operations, processes, and principles to create value for the customer in an innovative way
Deep understanding of the telco environment both BSS & OSS and transformation program experiences
Support program planning, design workshops, documentation etc from both a business and technical perspective
Lead on many aspects of the client engagement acting as the face of Infosys, including identifying business requirements, developing proposals, translating customer requirements into formal agreements and plans
Find ways to improve clients' IT department functions and create business architecture models that reflect clients’ goals
Take overall responsibility for solution, working across organizations to achieve workable end-to-end solutions for Infosys and client
Independently deliver specific work items using area of expertise (e.g., Telecom product knowledge, Digital, end-to-end customer journey, design thinking)
Requirements
Professional work experience, minimum 5 years’ experience in OSS/BSS for telco or similar
Strong proven technical and business analysis skills including driving requirements elaboration, problem solving, long terms goals and how to achieve them
Good understanding of the domain value chain together with an appreciation of the threats and opportunities presented by market and regulatory change agendas and an ability to articulate these
Have excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence clients to achieve successful results and communicate technical ideas
Possess a strong working knowledge of the industry key players and understand a number of technology standards
Proven ability to achieve challenging goals and objectives or deadlines
A consulting mindset and the desire to be seen and promoted as a leading industry expert
