About the role
- Lead cross-functional initiatives within the Strategy team, overseeing end-to-end project execution
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and key milestones
- Coordinate data collection, research activities, expert engagement, and survey deployment
- Oversee identification and validation of entities or subjects for inclusion in ranking or research projects
- Ensure projects are inclusive in scope and address data coverage gaps, partner contention, and demographic focus
- Ensure integration across data, research, and editorial functions and coordinate the Data Analyst and Researcher
- Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, including status updates, issue escalation, and stakeholder communication materials
- Produce comprehensive project plans, timelines, risk and issue logs, and stakeholder communication materials
Requirements
- Experience in project management methodologies such as Prince 2
- Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Planner
- Great communication skills, both written and verbal
