About the role

  • Deliver quality client service and provide insightful solutions while balancing multiple priorities.
  • Craft and deliver organisation design solutions (operating model, organisation structure, process re-engineering, enterprise performance map) based on client strategy.
  • Craft and deliver strategic workforce planning aligned to clients' technology and business mid-to-long-term journey.
  • Develop tailored Organisation Change Management solutions based on technology context and client needs and ensure maximal adoption.
  • Lead program and project management for deployment of new workforce solutions and initiatives.
  • Contribute to practice development activities to enhance service offerings and go-to-market initiatives.
  • Integrate into new teams, rapidly establish relationships, and influence senior stakeholders.

  • Relevant professional experience (e.g., Big 4, global management consultancy, niche consultancy, or in-house exposure to large-scale projects).
  • Experience/knowledge of Core HR / Workforce Administration, Talent Management and Recruitment processes.
  • Ability to provide consultancy services around employee experience and employee journeys in the People and Organisation space.
  • Experience implementing People solutions in technology-related projects, as well as M&A and other complex projects.
  • Excellent facilitation and communication skills.
  • Experience in project and program management.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a small team if required.
  • Adapt to changes in workload, systems and processes with resilience and a positive attitude.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to create detail orientated plans documentation.
  • Nice to have: Can fluently speak another language other than English.
