About the role

Deploy Wellhub’s global Wellbeing Engagement (WE) strategy and best practices in the Brazil market, assuring correct execution.
Lead the Implementation team to develop a toolbox of initiatives to support client requests, adjusting processes and ensuring flawless execution.
Define and execute the Year Events Calendar, ongoing events and cross-client initiatives.
Define and execute on-site strategy, improving cost efficiency, processes, productivity, inventory control, and logistics.
Define virtual engagement initiatives, improving webinar experience, process, and scalability.
Partner with planners to identify opportunities and propose solutions to address clients’ needs.
Responsible for budget control and payment process; manage relationships with 3rd party vendors.
Work with multiple internal and external stakeholders to enable initiatives and projects.
Lead, coach and develop the team.

Ability to lead a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Strong data knowledge and analytical skills.
