Program Manager

• Manage both existing and new educational/training programs involving third-party delivery partners
• Coordinate scheduling of classes and events across multiple stakeholders
• Provide course and learner administration as directed by program requirements
• Support program lifecycle management from inception to delivery
• Build and maintain relationships with external training partners who resell or customize VMware training content
• Coordinate with partner organizations to ensure program alignment and quality delivery
• Work cross-functionally to support various leaders and stakeholders
• Provide exemplary customer support via email and occasional phone calls
• Handle learner administration and course management activities
• Ensure smooth communication flow between all parties involved
• Work with curriculum teams to align program educational goals
• Support e-learning content development initiatives
• Ensure SCORM 1.2 compliance and standards adherence
• Functionally report to management and administratively to Infopro's Project Manager
• Manage global corporate training programs, partner with vendors, support learners, and drive enterprise learning success
