Account Executive

• Lead and line-manage the Commerce delivery team (Account Director, Senior Account Manager and Senior Account Executive), ensuring consistently high standards of delivery, strong client satisfaction and long-term client retention.
• Act as a senior partner to clients, maintaining exceptional service standards across all workstreams.
• Own the Social Commerce & Affiliate delivery standard across the portfolio – performance strategy, delivery, analysis, reporting and optimisation.
• Support the Commercial team on pitches and growth opportunities, providing operational, strategic, costing, timeline and feasibility input on proposed campaign approaches and creative ideas.
• Set the TikTok Shop strategy and oversee execution across creator, seller and live shopping across the team's accounts.
• Own senior relationships across TikTok Shop and affiliate networks (Impact, Awin, CJ, Rakuten, Partnerize) and social commerce platforms (ShopMy, Meta Commerce, YouTube Shopping)
• Maintain oversight of campaign delivery standards, supporting escalation management where required across timelines, budgets, scope or client concerns.
• Be highly immersed in Influencer's product and operational ecosystem, proactively contributing ideas and feedback to improve internal systems, workflows, reporting capabilities and overall business efficiency.
• Be a commerce-confident presence in front of clients, able to speak credibly across paid media and the wider performance strategy, not just organic social commerce and affiliate.
• Act as the commerce and affiliate SME across the business, a trusted resource that Client Services, Commercial and Creative Operations rely on for briefs, pitches and delivery.
• Foster a collaborative, positive and solutions-oriented team culture through strong communication, approachability and leadership by example.
• Ensure quality, profitability and operational rigour across the portfolio, managing campaigns through Waves.

Senior Account Director, Commerce

Strategy

• Serve as the primary strategic liaison between Influencer and social badge partner brand teams, working hand in hand with their partnership leads on proposals and pitches.
• Develop unified strategic narratives and creative frameworks for platform-led media proposals, translating platform capabilities into compelling, brand-ready ideas.
• Provide a strategic communications and creative layer within platform offerings, ensuring proposals are grounded in cultural insight and audience understanding, not just media mechanics.
• Partner with internal Creative Strategy, Paid Media, and Insights teams to bring platform-specific thinking into broader agency capabilities.
• Stay ahead of new platform products, ad formats, and feature launches, translating them into actionable strategic opportunities.
• Lead and contribute to platform-specific RFP responses and proactive pitch decks, often under tight client timelines.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with platform partnership, marketing, and sales teams across multiple regions.
• Present strategic concepts and frameworks confidently to senior platform and client stakeholders.
• Represent Influencer at platform partner meetings, planning sessions, and key industry events.
• Maintain a deep understanding of how brands activate across social platforms and how that informs platform-led media strategy.

Associate Director, Strategy – Platform

Account Manager

• As the Executive Director, Agency Partnerships, you will play a critical role in expanding and strengthening Influencer’s global agency ecosystem.
• Reporting into the Global VP of Partnerships, this role will focus on building strategic relationships across the whole agency ecosystem, including media agencies, creative agencies, experiential agencies, marketing consultancies, talent agencies, and emerging marketing intermediaries to position Influencer as the creator marketing partner of choice.
• You will be responsible for identifying, developing, and scaling partnership opportunities that drive new business, deepen market presence, and unlock commercial growth opportunities globally.
• This role requires someone highly relationship-driven, commercially minded, and deeply connected within the modern agency landscape, and can structure and negotiate large and complex commercial deals.
• We are looking for someone who understands how to turn relationships into revenue opportunities, strategic collaborations, and long-term growth.

Executive Director – Agency Partnerships

• Support with the day-to-day management of influencer campaigns, adding value to the client's experience
• Working closely with sales and client services teams across key platform partners
• Responsible for building, vetting, sourcing and nurturing relationships with creators, supporting creator briefings, and negotiations and guiding content creation
• Support the wider team with strategic creator research and outreach
• Be a strong point of contact for brand partners
• Oversee and manage campaigns via our platform, Waves, including brief & content uploads and creator payments
• Liaising with senior stakeholders on influencer marketing activations to discuss content, and creators
• Work on PCA's with senior team members to ensure we exceed client expectations

Senior Account Executive

Financial Planning and Analysis

• The Commercial Finance Analyst will be the analytical and transactional backbone of the new Commercial Finance function.
• This role supports pricing, forecasting, revenue analysis, creator economics, and the accuracy of commercial data across HubSpot and Waves.
• It is a hands-on role working daily with Brand Partnerships, Client Services, Operations, and Finance teams.
• Support the creation and maintenance of pricing tools, rates, calculators, and templates.
• Maintain underlying forecast models (pipeline conversion, booked revenue, delivery schedules).

Commercial Finance Analyst

• Proactively identify emerging and established creators across TikTok, Meta (Facebook + Instagram), YouTube, Snap, Twitch, and Pinterest.
• Track content trends, creator trends, and highlight any shifts you’re seeing about how creators are using new platform features.
• Build and maintain curated creator rosters by vertical for use in pitching and rapid campaign responses, primarily focusing on creators based in North America.
• Monitor creator momentum, growth, and audience sentiment using internal tools and platform insights.
• Evaluate creators using both qualitative measures (authenticity, storytelling, brand alignment) and quantitative data (engagement rate, reach, growth).
• Conduct thorough brand safety checks, including content review, audience integrity, and historical brand partnership analysis.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure shortlist accuracy and alignment with strategic objectives.
• Lead the creation of indicative creator lists that show how campaign ideas can come to life.
• Translate creative briefs into actionable sourcing frameworks that reflect diversity across platforms, audience demographics, and storytelling styles.
• Prepare polished, client-ready creator proposals including rationale and gain the ability to provide estimated pricing and performance context.
• Act as a point of contact for early-stage creator relationships to support future partnerships.
• Stay ahead of platform algorithm changes, creator economy shifts, and monetization trends.
• Provide context and insights to internal teams to inform negotiation and partnership strategy.
• Utilize relationships with top talent agents and agencies to ensure we are tapping into the latest and greatest talent options.
• Use CRM and talent management systems (e.g. Sprout Social, IQ Data, Waves) to organize and tag creator data.
• Support continuous improvement of Influencer’s sourcing database, tagging systems, and best practices.
• Help evolve our sourcing framework and technology stack to improve efficiency and scale.
