About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

The Commercial Finance Analyst will be the analytical and transactional backbone of the new Commercial Finance function.
This role supports pricing, forecasting, revenue analysis, creator economics, and the accuracy of commercial data across HubSpot and Waves.
It is a hands-on role working daily with Brand Partnerships, Client Services, Operations, and Finance teams.
Support the creation and maintenance of pricing tools, rates, calculators, and templates.
Maintain underlying forecast models (pipeline conversion, booked revenue, delivery schedules).

Requirements

What you’ll need

1-2 yrs of commercial finance, FP&A, revenue operations, or agency finance experience.
Strong modeling/Excel/Sheets skills.
Comfortable working directly with Brand Partnerships and Client Services teams.
Detail-oriented with excellent data hygiene discipline.
Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM is beneficial.
Highly curious, proactive, and comfortable in fast-paced environments.
