About the role
- Create and manage marketing automation workflows and campaigns in Salesforce and HubSpot.
- Optimize campaign performance through A/B testing, segmentation, and lead nurturing.
- Analyze funnel performance, measure ROI, and report on revenue attribution.
- Execute targeted email marketing and account-based marketing (ABM) programs.
- Manage digital advertising across search, display, social, programmatic, retargeting, and industry-specific channels.
- Support lead generation and engagement for tradeshows and events.
- Collaborate with partners on co-branded marketing initiatives.
- Maintain close alignment with sales to ensure lead quality and follow-up.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, preferably in power distribution, electrical equipment, or industrial solutions.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, and digital advertising platforms required.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with campaign performance measurement.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and messaging skills required.
- Experience managing ABM programs and high-value target campaigns.
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative, maintain composure under pressure, and succeed in environments of rapid change and shifting priorities.
