About the role
- Create dynamic, on-trend graphics for web, social media, email campaigns, POS displays, and packaging
- Bring fresh ideas to life that reflect the brand's youthful vibe and connect emotionally with the audience
- Ensure brand consistency across digital and print media while adapting to trends and customer expectations
- Support creation of eye-catching 3D renderings for in-store displays, product mock-ups, and retail environments using SketchUp
- Design innovative product displays and spatial concepts that enhance the consumer experience
- Collaborate with production teams to integrate 3D assets into physical and digital presentations
- Work closely with the Creative Director, product teams, and marketing to align campaign goals with brand voice
- Partner with designers and copywriters to enrich visual storytelling
- Lead and facilitate creative discussions with cross-functional teams
- Prepare digital and print files for production, manage color profiles, resolution, and output requirements
- Coordinate with vendors to produce print materials and assist with 3D production elements
- Handle multiple creative projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and manage workflow efficiently
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
- Demonstrated experience in a mid to high-level graphic design role, preferably with exposure to the cosmetics or beauty industry
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Proficiency in SketchUp for 3D modeling
- Experience with other 3D software like Blender, Rhino, or Maya is a plus
- Detail-oriented with a deep understanding of digital, print, and 3D production processes
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive under deadlines and in high-pressure situations
- Accept direction with an impeccable attention to detail and appreciation for aesthetics
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
