Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Game Art, 3D Modeling, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of 3 years as a Character Modeler in the gaming industry, with a portfolio showcasing both realistic and fantastical characters.
Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as ZBrush, Maya, 3ds Max, and Substance Painter/Designer.
Strong ability to interpret and enhance an iconic art direction, creating characters that are both technically sound and artistically compelling.
Experience in optimizing character models for cross-platform performance without compromising visual quality.
Willingness to engage with and contribute to new systems and methodologies, particularly those involving character generation and customization.
